
International Students Scholarship Humphrey Fellowship brings accomplished professionals from designated countries in Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Middle East and Eurasia to the United States with the midpoint of their careers for the year non-degree graduate study and related practical professional experience. U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section, Addis Ababa is responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified professionals to become part of this program.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Applicants must be in the range of ages 32-45 inclusive;
2. Applicants must have at least 8 years work experience in government, private or
business enterprise;
3. Applicants must show a letter of support from their organizations indicate approval for
Granting leave of absence during the course of study;
4. Applicants must have managerial or supervisory positions within their organizations;
5. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree;
6. Cumulative CGPA of undergraduate studies should be 2.75 or better on 4.0 scale;
